Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join a dynamic team in San Diego. This position requires a candidate who is capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting team operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Order and manage office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Education requirement is a High School Diploma.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Required Work Hours:

The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8am-3pm

Additional Details:

The pay range for this position is between $20 and $24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Contract role until June
